Amada does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers through ordinary website forms, email, or text messages. When payment-card authorization is required for travel arrangements, clients should use the secure payment or authorization process provided for that purpose.

Payment processors maintain their own privacy and security practices, which are governed by their respective policies.

How We Use Your Information

Travel Suppliers & Service Providers

To arrange requested travel services, Amada may share necessary information with third parties such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, destination management companies, travel technology providers, and other suppliers involved in your trip.

We may also use business-service providers that support our operations, including customer relationship management systems, email services, scheduling platforms, payment processors, cloud-storage providers, and website services.

Information shared with these providers is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable service.

Tern & Client Travel Management

Amada uses Tern for portions of our travel-planning and client-management process.

Information submitted through Tern may be used to manage inquiries, traveler profiles, forms, itineraries, planning agreements, communications, payments or authorizations, and other travel-related activities.

Tern operates under its own privacy and security policies.

Google Workspace & Communications

Amada may use Google Workspace services for business email, calendar, document storage, and related business operations.

Information exchanged through email or stored within authorized business systems may be retained as part of the client record when reasonably necessary for travel planning, service delivery, accounting, legal compliance, or business administration.

Website Information & Cookies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to support website functionality, understand how visitors use the site, and improve the user experience.

WordPress.com and other website-service providers may also collect technical information such as:

  • IP address;
  • browser and device information;
  • referring website;
  • pages visited;

Travel Identification & Sensitive Information

When such information is necessary, Amada will make reasonable efforts to direct clients to an appropriate secure process.

Do not send passport numbers, complete payment-card information, or other highly sensitive identification information through ordinary email or text message unless specifically instructed to use an approved secure method.

Travel Protection Information

If you request information concerning travel protection, certain information may be shared with an authorized travel-protection provider when necessary.

Travel-protection providers maintain their own privacy policies and are responsible for their own handling of application, coverage, or claims information.
